What is the +$50 Premium Placement Fee?
Tattoos placed on fingers, neck, or behind the ear require an additional $50 Premium Placement fee. These areas are more challenging to tattoo due to the skin’s texture and movement, and they often take more time and precision to complete. Ink in these spots may also fade or blur more quickly, meaning you might need a touch-up in the future. The fee covers the extra care and time needed to ensure the best result.
What is a DOVIANA flash tattoo?
A DOVIANA flash tattoo is a ready-to-ink, hand-drawn design created by our in-house artists — unique to our studio and crafted in our signature fine line, retro-inspired style. Each design is original, thoughtfully curated, and available in limited quantities to keep it special. You can choose from our flash collection during your visit or browse online to book your favorite in advance. These designs are small, dainty, and made to be timeless — just like everything at DOVIANA.
Do you accept custom designs?
Not at the moment — we currently offer flash tattoos only due to high demand. Our flash designs are hand-drawn, unique, and thoughtfully curated to reflect the DOVIANA aesthetic. Custom designs may be available in the future — stay tuned! Follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list for updates.
Do you offer touch-ups?
Yes — we offer free touch-ups for tattoos done at DOVIANA. Touch-ups must be scheduled within 1 year of your original appointment and are only available for work completed by our artists.
How should I prep for my tattoo?
Come well-fed and hydrated — a good meal and plenty of water help keep your body calm and comfortable during your appointment. Feel free to bring a friend for support, but please limit guests to one per session in the tattoo area.
How do I take care of my new tattoo?
Your artist will walk you through aftercare at the end of your appointment. Generally, you’ll need to keep the area clean, avoid submerging it in water, and protect it from sun exposure during healing.
Do tattoos fade?
Yes, all tattoos can fade over time — especially if they’re frequently exposed to sunlight or not properly cared for.
