You may return most new, unopened items in saleable condition within 15 days of your order’s shipment date for a refund. A $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for domestic standard shipping. Please note that shipping fees for priority, priority express, or international shipping are non-refundable under any circumstances. We will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item.
For 14k solid gold items, returns must be handled with extra care due to the high value of these products. If purchased in-store, the return must be made within 3 days of purchase. For online purchases, you must email us within 3 days of the order delivery date to initiate a return. After this period, we are unable to process any refunds for 14k solid gold items.
Please note that purchases made through pop-up stores or third-party vendors are not eligible for refunds.
Returned items must be in their original condition, neatly packed, and with all original tags attached. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalized items, including those with engraving, etching, embossing, or similar customizations, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. For hygiene reasons, all piercing services, products used for piercings (such as flat-back earrings, clickers, etc.), and threadless earrings (including labrets) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
When returning items, a 2.9% process fee is charged due to nonrefundable bank fees charged by banks upon when funds were processed at the purchase. We will also deduct the shipping fee.
