You may return most new, unopened items in a saleable condition within 15 days from the shipment date of your order for a return or exchange. Items must be returned in the same original conditions, neatly packed and with the original tag still attached. All sale items are considered final sale. Please be aware that personalized items with engraving, etching, embossing, and similar services are not eligible for returns or exchanges. For hygiene reasons, all piercing services, products used for piercings (flat back earrings and clickers), and threadless earrings (including the labrets) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

All returns or exchanges for 14K solid gold items must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date for in-store purchases or within 3 days of delivery for online orders due to the high value of these products. Please note that 14K solid gold threadless earrings (including labrets) and any jewelry used for piercings (such as flat-back earrings and clickers) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

All purchases made through pop-up stores or third-party vendors are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Kindly note that DOVIANA has the right to deny a return should it show signs of wear.
